Adam is a member of our military, and a very busy guy, but LOVES to workout and work hard!
He was just slightly missing the mark on his training, nutrition and lifestyle habits.
We have made just a few adjustments, and he has reduced from 215 lbs, down to 205 lbs, but his muscle mass has actually INCREASED in certain areas while doing this.
