Dalton had big goals to make the varsity team, and earn playing time this year for Marine Military High School in South Texas.

Dalton CRUSHED it this year, helping his team make it all the way to the State Championship. Dalton and I worked together over the summer of 2021 to prepare for the season. We worked on his strength, but more importantly agility, body control and speed. We love working with athletes and Dalton was no exception, putting in the work necessary to make big changes to the way he plays football. Great job, Dalton!
